My 2013 Zephyr came with what looks like a standard Ford rear view mirror. unless I stand up and move it around while driving - its pretty much useless. Even if I did see somebody in the back of the coach I'd see a part of a leg or something much less useful (like a shoulder in the galley area )

I wouldnt spend the money to add it to be honest

It works... would be nice if it was a larger mirror.
I thought about adding one in our 2002 DSDP, but after almost 11 years I guess I don't need it.

A useless distraction I didn't need. Removed it.

I used a mirror designed for a ski boat, it is large and wide angle, comes with a clamp that fits 1/2" emt tubeing and has a threaded stud to mount the clamp
gives a good view of whats going bang behind u

Inside Rear View Mirror

Our 2005 Kountry Star DP has a factory installed mirror under the front TV. The mirror has outside temperature and compass. I first thought it was useless and a joke but I have found myself using it times for checking things.

It would also be a great place to add a second wireless outside camera.

I have thought of mounting a wireless camera on the front of the Toad looking back at the rear of the motor home.

On three motorhomes with interior mirrors, I've removed them because they are a huge distraction - because if they are there, it is automatic to include them in a mirror scan just as you do when driving a sedan. If there are others inside the coach then their movements also trigger a 'check mirror' response and that is also distracting.
