We have one year and abt 10,000 miles/210 nites on an early 2007 42 ft. Allegro Bus, Freightliner chassis, tag axle. Love the bus, hate the worthless Norcold refrigerator which will be replaced. Only issues have been with vendor items, which would be the same items on other brands. Handles fine, good power, no temp issues. We went up I-8 east of San Diego (7000ft) on a 100 deg. day. Similar experience on steep grades in NY state and Appalachia. Superb payload on the tag axle bus. Honda Element toad. Total current mileage about 29000.

We have had three new coaches; a 2003 Alpine Coach, a 2006 Alpine Coach and since Alpine (WRV) is out of business we now have a 2011 36 QSP Allegro Bus.

You will have SOME problems with any motor home, I don't care what price you pay. We have friends with $ 1.5 million Prevost and the only difference is when they have a problem it seems to cost them more to get it fixed. Kind of like the Mercedes syndrome?

We had fewer initial walk through problems with the Bus than either of the new Alpines. Tiffin has also fixed almost every problem we have had - slower than I would have preferred in most cases due to their need to have multiple inspections of every item before authorizing its repair - but they have fixed them. Many, if not most, of our problems should have been corrected by the selling dealer before we drove off the lot - our mistake!

Like most of the quality motorhome manufacturers Tiffin uses major name brand components that carry their own warranties so in addition to the 12 months from Tiffin you may have longer coverage from the OEM.

We live in our coach for 3-4 months and put on about 15,000 miles a year. My wife says we are "third timers" not full - timers but we really enjoy the comforts of the new Buses electronics, Hdrahot heater system, great interior lighting, electric window shades and 4 slide out space. The new ISL-450 (with DEF) Cummins also gets about 2.5 MPG more than the ISL-400 did in the 2006.

I think they should put the executive steps on the Allegro Bus like the Zephyr has, and that would put a good finish on an already excellent product.
I'm with you Bud. The price point which Allegro Bus is now I think call for the excutive steps. These are really fine coaches and a step upgrade would add a nice finishing touch.

We bought our 2012 Allegro Bus 40QXP in August and now have 4,300 miles on it. We are delighted with our Bus and Tiffin. We have had a few items to fix but much less than I expected with a new motorhome. And, Tiffin is always there to answer questions and their support has been exceptional.

Got a 2009 43' Allegro Bus purchased new, just minor issues, by no means problems like I had with another manufacture. Definately would buy Tiffin again.

We attended the Tampa RV show last week. We talked at length to about 20 existing coach owners (representing 4 different brands) during the 3 days that we attended the show.

I was looking for the "perfect coach" from the "perfect coach builder" with the "perfect service history".

Guess what? It doesn't exist! After all that we heard and saw, we ordered a new Allegro Bus 40QBP.

P.S. The LH plan will probably be available in the "Bus" sometime mid 2012.

I have a 2011 QBH, next coach will be a BUS.
Good quality, all the major stuff is behind tiffin.
Still the best coach for the money, in my opinion.
