are you on shore power or generator? Do you have both rocker switches on? have you checked for a blown fuse?

Somewhere inside the coach, you should have panel that looks like the photo below.

Turn on the "Diesel". You should hear the Aqua-Hot start, then light.

The following lights should be illuminated on your electronic control board:

"Heating Status" - Thermostat calling for heat
"Diesel Burner Status" - Diesel switch in coach on

It will take around 15 minutes to heat up the coolant in the Aqua-Hot.

Manual for your Aqua-Hot here: https://www.aquahotparts.com/eSource...t/Manuals.aspx You probably have a model AHE-450. Verify that by checking the data label on the outside of your Aqua-Hot.

My guess is that the lights on the panel in the basement are not on is because you do not have the Aqua-Hot turned on on the interior switch panel.

Remove the metal cover off of the electronic control board in the basement (4 screws). Looks like photo below:

There may be 2 wires on the positive (+) side. They should BOTH have 12 volts DC + on them.

Be careful not to short wires + to -.
