Atwood Levelegs Inoperable

Atwood Levelegs on a 2008 Allegro 32LA have stopped working. I had the controller (Atwood P/N 66275 Rev 5) refurbished by Radwell International and the before and after problems are different but the system is still inoperative. The current status is that the touchpad on the dash will not turn on but the 5 vertical lights are scrolling.
Atwood steers me to Lippert, Lippert says they are not familiar with this part, therefore I am left to my own troubleshooting skills. I cannot find a schematic that shows what voltages should be present on the 6 pin plug (only 4 pins are utilized) that comes from the chassis and connects to the controller or what voltages should be present on the 4 pin plug going from the controller to the touchpad on the dash. If anyone has this system and could give me voltage readings on the two different plugs, by wire color, or any other ideas as to what I might try to solve the problem. Thanks!

I'd Toss the fancy module, and make a switch panel to convert it to manual operation.

Since these systems work on battery power I'd assume its all 12 volts parts.
