Basement thermostat

I have some frozen lines and I would like to turn up the heat in the basement but I cannot find the thermostat. 2011 43 Bus thanks.

I don't know of a thermostat for the basement, suggest under the circumstances you get a portable electric heater and turn it on high, or you can drive to Arizona where the weather is in the 70's.
