Bedroom Slide

We have a 2011 Pheaton QTH. The driver side bedroom slide will not go out unless I push on it, then it works fine. You can stop the motor and restart it fine. The motor was replaced once under warranty, but the problem has returned. Dealer wants me to pay for new motor. I've called Tiffin, haven't discussed it with them yet, hope to hear from them tomorrow. I'm not convinced it's the motor as it works. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

Ok .... after an initial push-start, it goes on it's own, right? You can stop and restart midstream without another push?

Also, closing it works properly?

Is this the bed slide or the wall slide opposite the bed? If it is the bed slide, check what you have stored under the bed. Try unloading it - does the slide work as expected? You might have found your answer if that storage compartment was overloaded.
