When I turn off the power to my Kenwood DNX570TR radio using the power switch on the dash, a red light, triangle shape, blinks on and off. The radio seems to be off. I remember seeing some help here on where to go on the radio to change a setting to turn off this red light when the power switch it used to turn off the radio. Does anybody remembers how to do this?

It warns anyone that stealing the unit will turn it into a brick if they don't know the security code to re-activate the unit. Don't know if the Kenwood unit has this, although my 32SA has the same unit with the light. You can turn it off somewhere under settings if you don't like it blinking.

Found the manual. It says it is the remote control sensor. Apparently you can purchase a remote for these things and were an option. No information why it flashes,and no information why it is in the security settings.
I have no plans to use a remote so I will shut it off as the video shows. Thank you for posting the video.
