Brake controller

I am a first time motorhome owner and I need to put a brake controller on my 2004 Allegro Bay 36 (workhorse) so that I can use a tow dolly.
What brand/type of controller and is there a place to connect it under the dash.
Wife and I are really happy that we bought this Tiffin.

There should be a 4 wire bundle under the dash somewhere near the steering column. Also look behind the panel on the driver's side footwell.

If you need to, call Tiffin Service and ask them or visit the TiffinRVNetwork website.

Tekonsa Prodigy would be my choice. Used them for years on trailers and 5th wheels. BTW, surge brakes on your dolly could have saved you the need to use the brake controller.

You are 100% correct about the surge brakes, but I got this tow dolly from an RV dealer and they never mentioned that surge brakes were available, justb that this was what I needed.
What about the adapter for my unit???

+1 on the Prodigy controller. Use it on my dolly for 2 years (20k miles) of trouble free service.
