Ray,
Congrats on the new coach!
Tiffin will definitely be able to replace your windows. Unfortunately, the windows are out of warranty, so it will probably be expensive.
If you go to Red Bay without an appointment (that's what most people do because it can take up to a year to get an appointment), you will likely have to wait a few days to a week to get in for service depending on what time of year you go. Summer and winter have the shortest waits, spring and fall the longest because snowbirds stop on their way to and from Florida.
Replacing 3 windows can be done in an express service bay, so the wait won't be too bad. If you decide to go to Red Bay to have your windows replaced, call service at least a week before you plan to be there (have your VIN handy) so they can make the windows in advance and have them ready for you when you arrive.
A better alternative is to have the windows repaired. There are at least 3 places that I know of that can do this - one is in Indiana, one is in Arkansas, and the third is in Florida. I can't remember the name of the first; but the one in Arkansas is
RV Fog Doctor, and the one in Florida is
Suncoast Designers.
We had several windows repaired at Suncoast. They have an area with water and electrical hookups where you can stay overnight for free. If you arrive the afternoon before, they should be able to do 3 windows all the following day.
Suncoast charges $200 for small windows and $250 for large. The price includes replacing the glass if it has become etched and they can't clean it.
