I like the idea of the extra space in the 36 Red vs 38 but don't need bunk beds. Has anyone customized the bunk bed area after removing the beds? I know they can be lifted out of the way. I am thinking computer work area.

Actually, one is being converted right now. A customer wanted a computer workstation area and the dealer is customizing the bunk beds area and making it into his workstation. The dealer is Home - Kingscampers.com in Wausau, WI. Call and ask for John and he can gicve you all the details. They've done some custom mods on my Bus and they do excellent work.

Thanks for info about bunk conversion we finally saw a Red w/bunk beds and didn't like it so we are back to the Phaeton 40 QTH. We met some people from Wisconsin at Yuma while we were there having dental work. They said you lived 60 mi from them but they didn't know just knew of you. Hope to be able in the Tiffin family soon
