Having problems retracting awnings . Two seperate awnings both stop from full retraction about 8 inches from fully closed, Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Dennis

Are you doing this on 12v or shore power? I've had a similar issue on 12v dry camping. Run it out to first stop and then back again until it retracts fully.
