My 31SA is on the optional 24k chassis that adds about 1,500#s to the CCC (the chassis itself weighs about 500#s more) and it has a 3,500+ CCC (see attached)

Most standard 31SAs on the 22k chassis are around 2k CCC
32SAs on the 24k chassis are typically around 3k CCC.

The sticker is in the back wall closet, so whatever coach you are looking at, just ask to see the sticker...... They are all different.

There has been a lot of discussion between CCC and OCCC, and what is supposedly included in one or the other, so make sure you know what the numbers actually are if you are comparing manufacturers. Tiffin spells it all out on the sticker.....

Also be aware that CCC is a game that's not played fair by Motorhome manufacturers. No matter what the stated CCC is you must have some available capacity on the front and rear for that capacity to be useful. For example if you have 5,000 lbs ccc and only 200 lbs available on the front axle then you really only have something in the area of 400 lbs that you can actually use because you cannot effectively load your stuff so that it only affects the rear axle.

I'm not suggesting that the 31SA has any particular problem in this area. I'm just hoping to get buyers to push manufacturers to disclose more info and to be aware that CCC is not a very useful number without know where available capacity lies.
