Hi there looking for some advice, we have a 1996 allegro which has a Oshkosh chassis. We did not get a chassis manual with the unit. Could anyone here help me out with this, I have heard that Freightliner took that division over, but really am stumped here folks and would appreciate any and all help. It would be nice to find an online manual or a place to purchase a manual. Thanks

We had a 96 Allegro Bus went to Camp Freightliner. Mike Cody found me a lot of info and even a wire schematics for our chassis.

Hi shadow, which chassis did freightliner identify yours as, so far I have learned that FL took over Oshkosh and they do have parts etc. but I am unsure which FL chassis I would be looking for. If you still have the wiring schematics for the chassis that would also be a big help if you could scan or post them. Thanks so much for your reply

I think mine was a VC. Just call Freightliner and give them the vin number they should be able to give you all the info you want. 800-385-4357. The wire schematic that I had I let it go with the coach when I traded. Sorry
