Coach batteries

I just bought a 2018 wayfarer tw and I am having problems with the coach batteries. Once I shut ignition or generator off, I have no battery power to anything in the coach. Does anyone have any ideas. Factory said it was probably dead batteries and so I replaced them but it made no difference. Any ideas are appreciated.

You coach should have a battery disconnect switch - sometimes called a "salesman switch" - and my guess is it's turned off.

Your symptoms suggest that battery power is not getting to the house fuse panel.

The switch on does not mean that the latching relay it controls is ON.

Do you hear it click when you hit USE or ON ?

You also should have a circuit breaker within a foot of the positive battery cable. Some have a button to trip ( open ) and a lever that needs to be moved to connect ( close ). Have you found and checked that.

I have found the blue button by the batteries and when I push it, a yellow handle comes down and I have pushed it back up. That is interesting about the battery "on" switch because it doesn't really click but when I start the ignition, my panel boxes come on and if I turn off the battery switch, it will turn the panels off. I have replaced some of the 25amp fuses but they all seemed to be fine.
