Convection Venting 36LA

We are planning on ordering a 2016 36LA within the next couple of weeks. A post I saw in another place leads to my question;

Those of you with convection oven/microwaves, are they vented to the outside, perhaps through the roof?

Our current Newmar unit is, just verifying on the future Tiffin.

Thanks

Yes it is (somewhat). Just don't expect some great sucking vortex to whisk away all your bacon smoke. The exhaust is anemic, to be charitable. I'm now looking for a more efficient replacement for our exhaust hood in our new 36gh.

I believe on our 32CA it's vented on the wall where the microwave is not the roof. Dave

Agree both both posters. We often use the FF on roof along with the vent. Have checked the flow outside and it is not as much as i would like it to be. Seems to vent the MW oven well enough, just not the cook top.

My convention oven vents to the outside wall. You can smell what is being cooked right outside.

Mine vents outside. Very powerful as I can feel it blowing as I walk by.

We plan on the Summo option, looking forward to joining the Tiffin family.
