Door Arm

The device that holds the door open does not work well, especially if there is a slight breeze. Is there a solution ?

I dealt with the very same problem for a couple of years, and brought the same problem up to a Tiffin technician. He fixed it by reaching up and bending the two (Y) arms down a bit. The door has held ever since.
Hope this helps!
