We just picked up our "new, used" 2008 Allegro Bay 34XB in Tucson yesterday. We are on our way home to Fl with a little bit of sightseeing for the shakedown trip. Yesterday the outlets in the driver's side slides all worked. Today they don't. We've reset the GFI's. Any other suggestions? All the fuses look good. Thanks for any help.

Also one other thing....We have the Panasonic DVD Surround Sound Theatre with a sirius ready radio. We have all the original paperwork with models and serial numbers. When I called Sirius (3 times now), they are able to locate the model number of the radio (for XM even tho the radio says sirius ready) but when they tell us to turn to channel zero or locate XM or Sirius on the mode/band on the radio, we can't. Any idea how to get to station 0. We have AM1, AM2, FM1, FM2, FM3, aux1 and aux2. Aux 1 and 2 do not have any stations and seek goes right by zero.....

Oh the trials.. Still it's a GREAT coach.

GeoChad, Had same problem with my Allegro 2008 TGA. I believe you should look in the outside bay were the grey & black water valves are located. When your slide is extended you will see wires go into that bay. Inside that wire has a plug that goes into an outlet. Mine somehow came unpluged and thus no power on outlets on driver side slide. I think its set up this way incase the slide has to come out for repair. It's been awhile but I'm sure that was how it was solved. Drove me nuts for a while!! I think your sirius or xm comes over your aux settings. Hope this helps. I'm in Fl. now but have to head north next week.

Question.....what type of power are you running when checking the outlets? Was it the same source on both trys? On many coaches, the inverter only powers so many outlets....and usually NOT very many on the driver's side of the coach (like our F/Wood Revolution). Try shore power or the gen set, re-set your gfi's and then try those outlets. If it turns out that this is the case, then you should have a list somewhere in your coach of the outlets that work on the inverter.

Please let us know what you find out.....thanks.

Even though it says "Sirius Ready" I think there's an interface box that's required. My opinion is, you're better off buying a stand alone Sirius reciever ( I have a Stratus 5 & a One) and then I can switch it between cars. No sense in me paying for a subscription in the Motorhome when it sits.

Welcome to 'Bay ownership. May you soon be "Wasting away in your Allegro Bay"

MuckSavage is right! You may have to get a sirius rec.that attaches to back of your radio. I had to do that on mine. It also said it was satellite ready. It might be worth it to buy a new radio thats equiped for satellite radio. Check it out at Best Buy or another electronics store.

Thanks for all the help. We switched the plug under the slide and at the next stop, we had power in the slides.

I also talked to Tiffin and they said we should have box under the drivers feet and that is the Sirius tuner. It's not there. We have a plug and play that we used in the old RV and other car that didn't have Sirius radio and we'll use that again....
