engine air cleaner 2000 Allegro Bus

I have a 2000 Allegro bus, how do I access the engine air cleaner?

On my 2002 Phaeton with a Cat 330, it's located on the driver's side of the engine, just above the exhaust. The only way I can access it is from underneath the engine.

On my 2003 Phaeton the access is in the last compartment behinde a panel above the exhaust.

My Bus has a Cummins ISC 8.3. The filter is located driver side rear above the muffler. I had to remove the muffler to change the filter. I think I will try to find a smaller diameter muffler before the next filter changeout.

ez5iron, would it be possible for you to submit a picture of your access panel? I'd like to modify my 2002 Phaeton to do the same....thnx.
