Fair value for 2008 open road 32LA

I am looking at a 08 open road 32LA they are asking 69,000.

All I know so far is 2 roof air, roof sat dish, aluminum wheels, full body paint, 14,000 miles, workhorse chassis.

NADA list it between 54000-66000

Any help would be appreciated. I talked to many tiffin owners at the Tampa RV show and almost all we very very pleased with product and support.

I would offer 55k and see where it goes. That is his asking price.
You might pick it up for 62-65k.

if it book's $54,000 to 66,000 first is that retail or wholesale price? or by owner?
if retail I would want to buy it around the $54,000 or less, always remember, you
can go up on price, but it is hard to go down after you make an offer.
