Just start car and put it n each gear for 30 seconds, then neutral for four minutes, turn key to turn car off, steering is unlocked, go!

Accord 4 down

You can tow the Accord 4 down. Simply follow the procedures for the Fit and older CR-V's. The new CRV's are not towable four down anymore.

Essentially stop every 400 miles or so and do the procedure - start car, run fluids, etc

I personally use a tow dolly for my '09 EXL just because its way less expensive than all the tow bar junk. So I don't have to worry about it.
