Front mount receiver for motorhome with Workhorse chassis

Hey Guys,
I have a 2005 Alegro Open Road on a Workhorse chassis and I want to mount an Ultimate MX Hauler to carry my motorcycle on the front of the motorhome. Anybody know where I can get a bolt on mount and or what will work?

Thanks

I'd think any welding shop could weld one up faster than trying to find a bolt on. Too many variables with body trim, accessories, etc. that would make a bolt on complicated. Also watch your cooling capacity isn't limited by a motorcycle blocking air flow to radiator.

Let me pass on something I learned at a rally from a Workhorse rep. He was emphatic about NOT welding anything to the chassis. The reason was all of the electronics and memory chips that would be damaged by welding.

On our Spartan chassis they say to disconnect everything from the power and grounds, then go ahead. Wouldn't the same thing work on a WorkHorse?

I'd think disconnecting batteries would work, but a weld shop could fabricate a receiver that bolts on the frame ends or bumper brackets. Surely drilling wouldn't harm things, would it?

Have you weighed your front axle, cycle and added the estimate for your carrier? Just compare that to your front axle and tire limits. At minimum your handling would probably be adversely affected and cooling/engine access might be an issue.

Front receiver

Thanks to all of you for your responses. I will take it all into account and try to make the right decision. I do know about not welding without disconnecting and will consider seriously the ramifications on cooling and front end loading/handling.

Thank you all again.
