Fuel Gauge Issue

I just got a new 2019 45 Allegro Bus. The fuel gauge will not go below 1/2. When I fill it it shows full but then as I run it it stops at just about 1/2. The Spyder, the touch wall panel, has fluid gauges on it. All work except for fuel, which reads zero. Any thoughts ?? Dealer did not have a clue and I haven't been able to get thru to anyone at Tiffin.

Could be Frieghtliner would have to look at it. Sending unit from tank. My 2019 Bus reads different miles to empty all the time.

Send an email Gary Harris, he is in charge of the Powerglide chassis side of your Bus. Sounds like a gauge sending unit problem. There is nothing from FreightLiner on your Bus.

We had issues with our gauge being woefully inaccurate. 1/2 tank reading really was 3/4. Red Bay replaced our sending unit on the tank and now it is much more accurate.
We have a 2017 Phaeton 44OH on a Powerglide chassis.

Lot of complaints about Tiffin fuel gauges. We fixed it by adding BlueFire for RV (lots of discussions about that here). The distance to empty and gallons used is extremely accurate. The only caveat is generator fuel usage is not calculated.
