Furnace squeal and water leak

Well last time out we had another water leak...under the fridge...under the furnace. The only good thing about it was it made me change the blower motor which had started to whine.

We had a leak some time ago when the kitchen drain line came out of the tank fitting. It was never installed all the way at the factory.

This time the sliding back and forth was ultimately too much for the faucet lines. It kinked and started leaking.

Intake is the white blower on the right and the coach blower is the larger on the left.

The motor is not held in by anything except being wedged into a cutout and having a foam gasket. The two circles are wedged into a cutout and the arrow shows where a bolt centers it up in the two halves.

Replaced two of these. Slideouts are great for room, but this kitchen slide out has had two water leaks and a bad schwintek motor so far...ugh.

Oh and the SF-35Q furnace uses a PN 233042 blower motor. When you order it, here's the number they send you. PN 233040

Found a pic of the lines from the previous drain issue. We changed both the hot and cold faucet lines (30" Stainless) and had to change the cold water PEX faucet fitting due to leaking.
