Gold Heat - heated front floors not working

We have a dual zone system and the rear of the coach works nicely but the front does not seem to work at all. I've tried turning the zone off and on, I even tripped the zone as they recommend each month and nothing. It has power, says its heating, but nothing. Set it all the way up to 93 and nothing. Went ahead an turned if off until I can get it looked at which is a whole other question. Any thoughts appreciated.

I would say, if you can absolutely verify you have power, then a resistance test would need to be done on that loop. The resistance of that loop is supposed to be labeled on the cold wire connection and should be within 5%. You could have a faulty temperature sensor, or even the temp controller. I think I would swap temp controller from your other zone and try that first. I have the same system and I dread the day it it quits. Repairing the loop is next to impossible. In your case, I hope it is just the stat. I love our heated floors.

On my 2016 Bus, there is a GFCI reset for each zone. I had your same symptom a few months ago and in looking at the CBs, I noticed the GFCIs, and the zone in question was tripped. I reset it and all was well.
They are in the upper corner of the CB cabinet on my coach. Yours may be in a different location.
