Goodyear 399 tires

Has anyone had any experience with the Goodyear 399 tires?. They are 295x75x22.5. The bus I am buying has a brand new set of these on it. I've heard horror stories about the older version of Goodyear tires on motorhomes. Thanks for any advice.

Goodyear tires in general are JUNK !!! The motorhome owner bought those because they were cheap and he could claim it had new tires. Plan on replacing those tires in a couple of years when they start to wear oddly and come apart.
