It was time to do a few things at 20,000 mile on my 2000 bus. Called the Freightliner dealer in Montgomery, Alabama. 50 miles from me. Great guys. They have a staff the can do generator, trans., engine, chassis all in one stop. They knew the Tiffin bus very well. Long story short. Bus was with them one week. George (Service Manager) very helpfull in what I needed done. I will go back when I need anything esle done. Highly recommend these guys.

It's encouraging to hear positive reports from owners about service.

Thanks for posting the information.

Added my review. Last one for them was 2002. Dealership was sold to new owner in 2003 I think. Great dealer that is not scared to work on RV's.

Great to read about the Freightliner service in Montgomery. I won't do business with local Oasis center because of past bad experience. Montgomery is a lot closer than Gaffney where I have an appointment for my 2 year M-3 service in June. Won't change this one since I'm meeting family and friends, but it sure is good to know for future service.
