H2O tank

Am winterizing again and my display is showing 1/3 fresh water. I have opened the drain valves in my wet bay (2 blue 1 red) and all seem empty. I would like to verify that the fresh water tank is empty so I went looking under the motorhome but can't seem to find it. The gravity fill I'd towards the rear but all I find is below is the gas tank. I thought that maybe I could slide a siphon hose down to verify the tank is empty but still not sure I have reached the tank. My question is, where are the tanks, do they have a lower side (like a sump) is there a way to see through the or in?

One of those blue is for the tank, the other blue and red is for the low point pressure lines.
You could turn on the pump and see if any water gets pumped out.

The fresh water tank in your coach is above the frame rails near the rear of the coach. In one of your rear storage compartments, there should be a panel with a round hole cut in it - at least that's the way it is in ours. You should be able to see the tank through that hole. BTW, our coach has 2 tanks linked together.

I just turned on the pump as suggested and it pumped the tank empty.....
Why did the drain not empty the tank? I checked the line by blowing air in and it seems fine. This is strange...

Like PAZ mentioned, you might have a tandem-tank setup [my 34XB does under the Salon floor]. On mine, there is a rathole cutout in one basement compartment that allows me to get a hand inside to open a drain tap "T" connecting both tanks. This empties faster than the plumbing bay's smaller valve. [ your model may not have this valve since the tank(s) are located to the rear of the coach].
