Have you had to have Tiffin repair/replace your roof?

So I started another thread about a roof issue and no responses so I thought I would open up the thought process a bit. If you had a roof issue with your Tiffin and went through the warranty process, what was it like? I believe the 10 year warranty stays with the coach and not only the original owner. I know I have an issue, not sure how it will be resolved, just looking for any info to get me started.

The other part of my story is I'm sure it's not a 1 day process. We are full timers so the other question is if I go to Tiffin, not a local (KY) authorized repair facility, will I be able to stay in the coach while the repair is completed?

Thanks to anyone that has any thoughts on this.

i don't know what they will do..

i've seen some wonderful fiberglass repair on corvettes.
i would want my roof repaired if possible... taking off the full roof would be dramatic..

and you should be able to stay in coach if repairs are being done...
a full roof! i don't think id want to stay in... making this comment based on having watched them install my roof during build.
