Head light adjustment

We have a new to us 2011 Allegro Bus 43 and we were caught in a snow storm. As it started to get dark I turned the lights on but they didn't shine on the ground they were up too high. I had to turn on the fog lights and reduce my speed to safely travel. The head lights would hit the back of 18 wheelers who passed me about center line of their trailer when they were 2 truck links ahead. Does anyone know how to adjust them?

I'm not familiar with the headlight assembly on the 2011, but most sealed headlight enclosures have two screws or hex head bolts on the back. There will be one for vertical adjustment and one for horizontal. It may take some searching with a mirror and a flashlight to find them and they may look like assembly screws instead of adjustments.
