house battery solar charger

If I turn off my house battery switch in the rear side panel does that stop the solar panel charger on my roof from charging the house batteries? More basic, does the solar charger charge the engine batteries AND the house batteries? Thanks for your help, my rv is sitting in direct sun but not seeming to get a charge but I do have the house battery switch turned to disconnect house batteries.

As I understand it, the only time the chassis (engine) batteries and the coach batteries are connected (with a solenoid ) is when the engine is running and they are all being charged by
