I have a 2005 allegro that has had the leveling system repaired by previous owner. The up button lowers the jacks and vice versa any suggestions.

Welcome sugarbear to irv2.
Here are your HWH Jack systems for Allegro pick you system for checking out your wiring.
Would think it would be a wiring swap in your control unit.

Is it really an up button or is it a raise button. Matter of semantics!

On our HWH system you push the button that shows what the outcome will be. To raise the front I push the UP arrow button, to lower the front I push the DOWN arrow button. Same for all the others too.

Ok so if I want to store the jacks I should hit the arrow pointing down? If that is so thanks. I will try the auto level when I get home and see if they go down

The up and down refers to what the coach does. Up, lowers the jack and raises the RV.

Yep, Harry could never get this to sink in his head on our 2004 Allegro BA. He thought up should be up and down should be down on the jacks. He finally gave up and let me level the coach. When we were shopping for a new coach, the thing that most impressed him were the words "Auto Level"
