HydroHot

I serviced my HHE500 M09 Hydro Hot. Changed the Burner nozzle and the fuel filter as per the service manual. It was working before, though not as efficient as it used to, but now it is coming on but does not make any heat. The burner is running, all the lights seem to be normal, just no fire in the burner? I when thru the purging process numerous times.
Thanks for any help.

Well it turned out to be a loose wire in a connector.
Problem solved.

Thanks for posting what you found. I have the Hydro-Hot system also and after servicing mine all has always been well. I didn't think of the wire, but I see how that can happen. Thanks for the heads up.
