the 2008 and newer does. Not sure about 2007. Google 2007 specs and you should be able to get the brochure and see the specs.

I had an '08 Bus with a 2007 Freightliner chassis that had IFS. It was a 40'.

Looks like it become an option on the 05+ Bus (32k GVWR chassis didn't have it, 34,6k GVWR chassis had it).

06+ 42' Bus had it
07+ Bus had it.
