I think that Flywithcoop said it the best. If you going to buy a motorhome you better be handy. It is like owning a home and a big 6 or 8 wheel truck at the same time and knowing how to maintain both. You will have problems from your purchase to your sale. BUT; you will also have great enjoyment in between. It is the support and parts availability from Tiffin that makes the difference. Most complaints come from people who have a very poor understanding of engineering and physics. Not that you need to be a PHD but a fair amount will do. And a lot of common sense. My 2006 had major problems but I never complained about them, I just fixed it myself. Bob Tiffin is known in the industry as the best in customer support. Some of our members think they are going to get better support by posting negative comments in posts like these. But he usually comes through regardless. So, I would say if your handy and you like adventure, go ahead and purchase the Motor-home and enjoy. Remember, if you breakdown on the road, your always home. And you can't beat that.

Hey Bob, ya want a real scary read, go to the Thor Palazzo site...now that's scary!

We bought a Tiffin Allegro 36LA new & had only a couple of problems as is the case with most owners.
