Is this a diagnostic port

Please see picture below. It is to the left of the steering wheel column. If it isn't, can you shed light on what it is. Thanks in advance.

Yes it is the diagnostic port, and you should have another one above the engine behind the access door. On your year coach it should be a 9-pin.
