We are full timers & have a king size bed in our new to us 07 Alegro Bus. We would like to downsize to a queen with small tables or tables w/drawers by the head of the bed. Does Red Bay have people who do this on the side? Thanks for any suggestions.

We changed the King to a Queen in our Winnebago. We chose to down size on one side of the bed only. After cutting the platform to the proper new size, I hired a local RV cabinet maker to build a night stand on the the shortened side. He built a nice cabinet with a drawer and a cabinet door below. I went to a local Corian shop and had them make new tops for both sides. The cabinet shop also cut the head board down to match the new mattress.
It was $800 in cabinet work and $200 for the new counter tops. I have pictures if I can locate them.

Brannon Hutchinson from Custom RV in Red Bay can accommodate as well as Chris Berry at TMH. Local cabinet shop may be able to help as well. You may wish to check out TiffinRVNetwork for info as well.
