Leak on shower drain piping. '03 Allegro Bus 35RP

I have recently discovered water on the tile floor coming from under the shower pan after using the shower. Upon further inspection, I also have seen water dripping outside in front of the rear tires. I have also started getting a bad smell from the shower area possibly indicating the trap is loosing water.

Question is, how do I access the drain plumbing? Is it buried in the spray foam insulation above the wheel well, which is where the shower is located above? I am hoping I don't have to remove the shower stall itself... all suggestions would be appreciated!

I have an 08 Bus that had the same leaking in front of the right rear wheels . The hard board was drooping down and slow dripping was present . The entire board material was removed and replaced with a steel sheet approx. 3x3 area installed with screws. The problem was that the plastic plumbing was of two different plastics (white and standard black ) poorly put together. Not sure who did this splicing but all of the wood was completely rotted . It was originally thought that there was a hole in the water tank or lines. Everything is dry now . Not sure if your model is set up the same as mine
Hope this helps,
Dcleaner

The repair facility said replacing with a steel sheet was a lot less expensive than replacing with original material. You might have caught the leak in time
