Looking for RV Tech or Shop Washington DC Area

Do you have a RV tech or shop you would recommend in the close in Maryland, DC or Northern Virginia area? We live near Bethesda MD 20818. Our dealer was bought out by Camping World and they said they won’t work on Tiffins until they get an agreement in place with them.

We have a 2017 Allegro Red 33aa and need to get some simple warranty work done (sink repair, cabinet doors installed, LED light kit installed on the patio awning, etc.). Tiffin but said we can get the work done wherever we want.

We got some great recommendations from Tiffin owners on Facebook to include Beckleys in Thurmont, MD, Chesaco RV, Gambrills, MD and RV Service of VA in Ashland but they are all at least an hour from home. TIA.

We are in Loudoun County VA and have the same issue. Unfortunately, the DC metro area is not a good area at all for RV repair and modifications. So far, we have not located a servicer close by that we feel comfortable with. We did not try Beckleys or Chesaco. Based on your list, I would try them.

It is my understanding that General RV has just opened in Richmond. They are a Tiffin Dealer. Also, RV Service of Virginia in Ashland does have a fairly good reputation. When in Ashland / Richmond, we stay at Americamps in Ashland, just off I95 near Bass Pro Shop.

We kept a running list of our new coach issues and went to Tiffin Service in RED Bay at our 1 year mark. Not exactly convenient, but a lot of fun and a great road trip. They did fix everything, and we had other modifications done while we were there.

Call Tiffin:

I had before I bought mine (I'm in Silver Spring, MD) and they gave me a few non-dealers in the area - I can't find the one near me.

I didn't like the looks of Chesaco in Gambrills, MD -- they didn't know much about Tiffins when I looked at one on their lot (2016) and it looks like their service center is mostly outdoors...

I use Light Truck Service of Rockville for any non-warranty work on the chassis (installed a steering stabilizer on my prior rig), safety checks, oil changes, lube chassis, etc.
