Maytag Ice Maker removal

I have a 2013 Phaeton 40 QBH that we love. However... I have a issue that has become a big deal and I'm looking to see if anyone else has run into this and if so what did they do to resolve it.

The Maytag's Ice Maker's removable section, that "should be" removable by opening the left (outer) door.... can't be totally removed. It contacts the back of the front (outer) door preventing it from coming all the way out. The outer door contacts the wood trim on the slide, not allowing it to open wide enough for the ice maker to be fully removed.

It's been this way from day one and not as a result of something else causing it. We simply didn't catch it till some time later.

Just talked to Tiffin... and i finally was able to remove the tray. You have to "force" it out by bending it. I was being to "careful" not wanting to break anything.
