Mirror Housing hit by Tractor Trailer

Tfe housing on my passenger side mirror got hit by tractor trailer. No real damage, just a scratch, but it's out of alignment. Looks like two screws are used to adj housing. Are they hex screws or some other type. Need to move mirror housing back to up right position to adj mirror. Dave

My mirrors have a screw that is chrome and decorative that covers a hex screw that's actually adjusts the mirror. Once you screw it out you can see the hex head inside.

Yes A hex head or allen head bolt is used to attach the chrome mirror housing to the black mount attached to the side of the RV. There is a covered opening in the black mount over the hex head bolt. Your mirror manual should show this arrangement. If no manual google the manufacturer of the mirror for the manual and instructions.

I've got the black heavy plastic mirrors and hex screws were not covered. Finally found middle hex screw, it's 3/16 and I was able to loosen it and adj mirror. Dave
