Depends on manufacture and model. Allegro FREDS offer 24000 GVWR and the Allegro Bay FREDS has a 26000 GVWR.

My Allegro Bay 34xb has a GVWR of 26000 pounds.

Actual weight loaded with full fuel and water, 2 adults and food and supplies weighs in at almost 23000 pounds.

I have 3000 pounds of extra weight that I can carry if I had the room and still not exceed the GVWR.

My 34XB is the smallest FRED in the Bay series and the 38 footer will weigh more and the cargo capacity will be lower.
