Talking New Tiffin Owner

Well, we pulled the trigger and bought a 2014 Allegro 36LA Open Road. Waiting on dealer prep to pick it up. We were impressed with all the features in this model. We traded in a '99 Winnebago which was a trouble free MH we bought in 2007. Hope we have the same luck with the 36LA.

Congratulations! Our first coach was a 36LA. Bought the coach and didn't go home for four months.....we were so comfortable and pleased.
Have fun!

I think the 36la is a great MH. Seems to me that gas MH's don't have as many things to go wrong as the DP's. If I was looking for a MH the 36la, would be one on my list. Wife found our 2012 32ca last year, when we were in FL. and we haven't had any trouble with it - just operator errors. Be sure to join Allegro Club and go to a few rally's. We had a great time in March at the Orlando Rally. Dave

36LA

Congrats. We love ours and see no need to ever upgrade. Could easily spend 6 months on the road in it.

Congratulations, we have owned ours for a year now and still love it. Have made no modifications yet and it drives like a dream. The only modifications we are looking at is the Five Star Tuner, a Wolo Bad Boy Air Horn, and a Progressive Dynamics Hardwired Surge Protector. Enjoy your new Coach!!

We ordered our 2014 36 LA and picked it up in sept 2013. Some of the early 14s had entry door issues, check the gap between the door and the frame. If it is a consistent gap, you are good. Ours had about 1/8 inch gap at the top radius and the bottom corner but had over 3/4 inch at the latch. The entire door and frame was replaced in Red Bay. Other than that all our other problems were minor and mostly electrical, front thermostat didn't work on heat, contact in transfer switch would hammer sometimes, TV HDMI switch was inoperable at one setting, and step switch had to be replaced. All in all it was frustrating the first few months but since that time we have been trouble free and love it. We love the floor plan , just wonder what it would be like with a third or fourth slide.

Good choice...congrats. As an added feature, you can sign up over on the Tiffin Network forum where you can get first hand knowledge of any thing associated with your coach. The Tiffin forum here is also good for specific info.

Enjoy..

Congratulations!!!

We traded in our 2010 Forester Class "C" for our 2014 Tiffin 38QRA.

We love it!!! The best thing is Tiffin Customer Support. If you ever have an issue they will work with you to make it right!

Thanks. Suppose to arrive Aug 24 so the wait is getting shorter. That's about a month later than the dealer forecasted but we had an issue choosing colors because the dealer couldn't get samples or pictures that were clear enough to to decide on a color theme. We recently saw pictures of coaches online with the coco colors and upgrade countertop, looked very good. What we didn't know is that there was a different couch option than the L and a new 34 ft floor plan. I'm sure we still would have gone with the 36 LA because we like the rear bath a lot.

Recently upgraded from a relatively trouble free 2011 Thor Hurricane to a 2015 Tiffin Allegro 36LAin January 2015. Have had a lot of things going wrong with it Furnace Mother Board, P Gas Regulator, Fuse blowing on WaterPump, backup camera not working correctly, automatic lock on refrigerator working sporadically, leak in ice maker line, trim falling off etc. Wrote a letter to Tiffin a month ago no reply. I think that the coach and their customer service are both overated

I couldn't disagree more. We have had our 2015 36LA for since Sept 2014 and only experienced two minor issues, which were addressed by our dealer and Tiffin promptly. The quality of our coach is heads above any other comparable ones we looked at. Any time we have contacted Tiffin by phone or email they are always very helpful and responsive. I suggest you call Tiffin and speak with Stephanie.
