New (to us) 2014 Phaeton 36GH Maiden Voyage

Just returned from a couple shake down runs for our new (to us) Tiffin Phaeton 36GH...about 4000 miles in the past 30 days. Really pleased with our first diesel pusher so far!

But glad I purchased a warranty. Already replaced a slide motor and have to take it back to the dealer to have a leaky hydraulic cylinder replaced. Otherwise, plenty of little gremlins, squeaks and rattles to chase! Already fixed the squeaky fireplace.

Really enjoying this forum for researching ideas and troubleshooting.

Here we are all setup and ready to entertain at the 2018 Knoxville Nationals sprint car races!

Looks just like my old coach. We had a lot of fun in ours and actually fulltimed in it for a while. No inherent gotchas in this model just normal maintenance items. Enjoy!

Ah the fire place. Picked up our “new” 2014 in Florida this last spring then drove it home to Washington State. Did not take too many days before I had the fireplace torn apart chasing that annoying squeak.

The fireplace squeak - most likely the class. Squirt a little silicon spray around it and see if it doesn't quiet down.
