Newmar Problem and Corrections

newmar is announcing some problems with slides damaging the floors and a few other problems... some of attached is a little beyond my understanding.. but
i'm curious.. could any of these problems relate to our tiffins?

I think he meant PPU, or factory pick up. Some people opt to pay extra and pickup their Newmar at the factory where they will have a tech assigned to them for a week to not only due the PDI and fix anything that goes wrong, but also train them on the coach. Go for a ride and address squeaks, etc.

last I heard this lack of quality control option was $1600. Insane yes ; buuuuut tiffin certainly could use that based on my recent stay at red bay.

I think about three times that amount based on what I've read on here.

Tiffin is aware of this problem
My 32 Sa has wear marks on the floor from the slide rollers. Tiffin says the slides move when traveling causing the wear and is normal. There solution is to place a runner on the floor to protect . Not happy.
