No Crank or power to dash

I parked 1991 Tiffen in driveway after coming back from Viginia. Tried starting next day. No luck . Battery has 12.5 volts, new starter, battery isolators, ignition switch (electrical part), Ignition control modual. Tried jumping starter relay, no luck. No power to relay. Hooked up aux. ground from chassis to engine block. Disconnected house battery no good. Haven't found any fuse in line. Any ideas ??? Or a link to 91 wiring diagram ? This is on a F53 chassis with a 460 CID. Thank you in advance.

OK the other day it was damp outside. Checked M/H had power to dash and it actually cranked once, noise (clicking) coming from volt regulator so i changed that out. Hooked up two relays i had disconnected and checked again. No power to dash, no crank. Anybody have wire diagram that includes the relays near volt reg on 1991 F53 Tiffen ? Tried looking up number on Ford website no results with part #
