No gas heat in freezing weather
Used 2015 open road 32SA—-the heat and stove don’t work when it gets down to 32 or below. Replaced regulator—no improvement. Reset thermostat-same issue. Since it works when it is above 32, thinking there is moisture is propane. Going to try to find a propane dealer who can help—-perhaps putting in some anyhydrous ?

My tank outlet valve will freeze up during cold weather when the demand for propane is high. The coach builder provided a switch controlling a "heat strip" to help keep the valve warm enough to keep the propane flowing in cold conditions. If I forget to turn the tank valve heater on before it freezes up, it takes a while for the heat strip to thaw it out and restore flow.
I suggest you try placing a light bulb next to your valve to see if the heat from the bulb will "fix" your problem. If it does, then you should consider adding a heat strip wrapped around the valve for a more permanent solution.

Try to find a propane supplier that can do a methanol injection........
The issue you are having was fairly common on 2015 Tiffins. I had a bad regulator (no gas to the stove in 70 degree weather), then went through more flow issues, another regulator, tank valve, tank purge, etc. when it got cold that first year. Finally a methanol injection solved the problem.
Good luck

You have two suggestions above.
Butane has slightly more energy per unit volume than Propane, and is far less expensive. So some crooked Propane pumpers, mostly in the south where sub freezing weather is not common, will tank you up with Butane, charge for Propane (more expensive) and pocket the profit.
Butane remains liquid at sub freezing temps.
Water in the lines is also a posibility.
A Propane specialist (or Wholesale place) can likely fix it or you in either case.

If you are on hookups, put a fan heater nearby blowing on the tank. Skirt the rig near that compartment.

We completely drained the propane and refilled from a dealer that we trusted their mix of propane and butane. Believe there was also some water in tank as well. Problem is fixed. No more waking up in the cold
