No Power to Washer and Dryer

Hi,

We have a 2017 34PA with a washer a dryer. They worked fine this morning but when we moved to a new spot there is now no power going to them. Both are plugged into the same outlet under the sink. I Have checked the breaker and it seems fine. I have looked to see if there is a GFI outlet up stream of the outlet feeding the W/D but cannot find any. If anyone has any experience with this coach I would appreciate your help?

Thanks,
Wes

Sounds like you have lost one or both of your phases in your new shorepower connection.
- If 50a, check both phases in the shorepower outlet with your voltmeter.
- If 30a, check the single phase. Then check that after you put your dongle on (30a to 50a), that both phases are coming out of dongle.
- If problem not identified, then take the cover off your circuit breaker box, and check that both phases on your main circuit breaker are present.
- If not, then problem with your shorepower cable, or transfer switch.

If you don't have a Progressive EMS that ensures good shorepower, then you need to get one.

Chances are the problem is in the power pedestal. But when you checked the breaker did you throw it off and then reset it. Some of these breakers will look like they have not tripped.

Start you generator to see if everything works. If it does then its shore power. Always check the source first when a problem occurs.

Thanks for everyones help! The problem was with 50 amp connection. Once I switched to the 30 amp everything worked. Before I tried that, not knowing any better, I used a extension cord and plugged the W/D into a wall out let. This was working fine unit my batteries went completely dead. Ouch!! Hahaha!! Now I know the wall outlets are running through the inverter. Thanks again for all your help!!!
