Tiffin is supplying my dealer with all new led fixtures. Hopefully this will resolve the issue. Thanks everyone for your help.

Maybe just lucky I guess but parked in the same location at the same park with the 2 different coaches; we were getting 8-10 good channels on the bat wing and get 25+ with the directional.
Not as good as a satellite but sufficient for our viewing pleasure.

There are two situations where you need a good antenna, and sadly what is good depends on the parking spot.

IN one (My case) the towers are either very close or 50-70 miles but all close to each other (As in standing in the parking lot of one tower site you can see other towers close)

I need RANGE, a narrow beam width gives me more RANGE

In the other case I'm sitting in the middle of a circle of towers,, Generally (Due to the nature of such towers) this means I'm fairly close in... So OMNI works better.

Most of the time I need RANGE, I only park in one spot where I need a "Wide beam"

Home is where I park it!
