I recently bought an Allegro 32SA. There was a sticker on the side window suggesting the use of Plexus on the sliding windows to make the windows slide easier. I tried to find some, but no one has ever heard of it. Finally, I found it on the internet. It costs $30 for a small spray can. That's outrageous!. I'm not going to spend that kind of money for a little lubricant. Where is my Silicone spray?

The last time I was at Red Bay for service (Jan '15), I was looking around the parts store and picked up a can of Plexus. I did not buy it thinking that it was too expensive, but it was no where near $30.00. I'm thinking some where around 20 bucks! Give the store a call and the nice ladies that work there will help you out.

I think that the TMH website may list the number, if not, the folks over at the TiffinRVnetwork will have the number.

We were there last year and bought 2 bottles. Not that great. Alittle silicone liquid in the channel does the trick

That's what I use it for. It is a great product in my opinion. It doesn't harm the windscreen and the bugs come off very easy.

I bought a can at the Red Bay Store last month. I paid about $16.50. It's over $30 locally. I used it on one window that was giving my DW fits. After puttng some on the window track and then on the window latch itself, the window opens and closes much easier.

Plexus is not a lubricant. I use it and ONLY it on my motorcycle helmet shields. It is fabulous stuff and a small bottle will last a long time. Not sure if it is still the case but it was used for airplane windows originally.

Used Plexus for years on bike windscreens and face shields. Used it on side windows on my 2001 Jeep Wrangler soft top. They had become very hard see out of, plexus was great. Have since recommended it to other soft top people.

As mentioned, Plexus is not a lubricant, but a cleaning product for plastic windows. It is still used on planes. Private pilots and commercial owners love the stuff.

It's a lifesaver if you own any old convertible cars with the rear plastic windows. And, before the recent proliferation of automobile headlight restoration products, it was good for that too.

I used it on the clear vinyl windows of my 2004 Fleetwood GTE Niagara PopUp. They stayed clear and scratch free.

It's not cheap for window cleaner, but it's magic is that it prevents, (or removes) yellowing and clouding from plastic windows, and leaves them protected. It can be found at Marine shops, Pilot gear shops, and online.

Now my memory is getting clearer and I remember the stuff from my old motorcycling days. Does Tiffin intend this stuff to be used to lube the window tracks or to clean the glass?

Many Tiffin owners use it on the window tracks because it does help the window open and close much easier.

WOW! It works great and makes my sliding windows open freely. I would highly recommend it.
After reading this thread, I'm going to try it on my old, yellowed MC windshield. Nothing has worked on it.
