Problem with TRVN Forum?

Is anyone else getting the dreaded "Forbidden" message when trying to access the TRVN Forum? It's currently 10:02 AM on the east coast and I'm unable to bring the forum up.

I haven't had any problems yesterday or today.

It seems to be up and functioning normally again.

It was me and it was only for a brief time. I was modifying some parameters in the server and it messed up the .htaccess file. Sometimes automated daemons don't work as they should and mess things up rather than correct them. That gave the "Error 403 - Forbidden...." message. The file was edited manually to correct it and we were up and running within 10 minutes.

Even so, you wouldn't believe the email messages I got telling me it weas down in that short time.

Mark, has there been anything learned about why the attachments (especially pics) are taking so long to load?

Not yet. We are analyzing the server traffic history. We are growing and it may be time for a hardware upgrade.
